🔹 Location: Remote
🔹 Experience: 1-3 years in US IT recruitment
Job Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle recruitment for diverse IT requirements.
Work extensively on contract and full-time positions.
Source, screen, and engage candidates through multiple channels (job boards, networking, referrals, etc.).
Partner with clients and account managers to ensure successful placements.
Required Skills:
Proven experience in US IT staffing & recruitment.
Strong knowledge of US Visas.
Hands-on experience with both contract and full-time hiring.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
