Shift: EST (06:30 PM – 03:30 AM IST)
Experience: 1+ years in US staffing recruitment (mandatory experience with Energy & Aerospace clients)
Location: Remote / Work From Home

Manage high-end engineering and light industrial roles.
Conduct interviews and evaluate technical qualifications.
Partner with Delivery Managers to design effective hiring strategies.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Must have hands-on experience working with Energy & Aerospace client requirements.
