✅ Hands-on experience in sourcing, screening & recruiting IT professionals for contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time roles in the US market
✅ Knowledge of US tax terms (W2, 1099, C2C)
✅ Strong communication & negotiation skills
✅ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
