Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Domestic IT Recruiter to join our team. The recruiter will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment for domestic clients, sourcing candidates, screening profiles, scheduling interviews, and ensuring timely closures. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of the Indian job market, hiring practices, and IT skill sets.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure quality candidate delivery.
Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, Monster, Shine, etc.), social media, referrals, and networking.
Evaluate candidates based on technical skills, communication, experience, and cultural fit.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
Maintain candidate databases and ensure proper documentation of recruitment activities.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly hiring targets and SLAs.
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates to ensure a positive experience.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (preferred).
Strong knowledge of various IT technologies and skills (Java, .NET, Cloud, SAP, etc.).
Hands-on experience with Indian job portals and professional networking sites.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and deliver results in a remote setup.
Target-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
