* Market bench consultants.
* Maintain active bench list.
* Expertise in Placing CPT, OPT EAD and H1B Transfers.
* Develop cordial relationship with tier1 vendors and get more number of requirements from them.
* Quickly update the resume as per requirement and submit to vendor.
* Monitor and capture the new areas of market.
* Develop new business areas, tier1 vendors.
* Cold calling.
* updating resumes in all job boards.
* Constantly updating the vendor database.
* create vendor database client wise, region wise.
