Prospance Inc. is looking for an experienced US IT Recruiter to join our growing team!
Key Responsibilities:✅ Manage end-to-end recruitment for direct client roles across IT, Non-IT, and Engineering verticals.✅ Understand and analyze client requirements in technical, non-technical, and engineering domains.
✅ Source candidates via Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems, referrals, and direct sourcing.
✅ Screen candidates thoroughly for skills, communication, cultural fit, and work authorization (US Citizens, GC Holders, H1B, OPT, CPT).
✅ Conduct initial HR and technical assessments.
✅ Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
✅ Negotiate salaries/hourly rates and close offers.
✅ Build strong pipelines and maintain professional relationships.
