Requirements:
Experience: 0-10 years of IT recruitment experience in the domestic market.
IT Knowledge: Good understanding of various IT roles and technologies such as software development, cloud computing, DevOps, data science, and cybersecurity.
Sourcing Expertise: Experience using Indian job portals (e.g., Naukri, Monster), social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook), and networking tools to source local talent.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage candidates and stakeholders effectively.
Negotiation Skills: Experience in salary negotiations and offer management within the Indian market.
Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple job openings simultaneously.
Tools: Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), job boards, and recruiting software.
