Job Overview
We are hiring Recruiters to join our remote team! This entry-level position is perfect for students or recent graduates in Canada who are eager to learn, grow, and make a meaningful impact in the recruitment industry. As a Recruiter, you’ll play a key role in sourcing, screening, and placing candidates in exciting roles, all while working from the comfort of your home.
Key Responsibilities
Source Candidates: Utilize job boards, social media, and other platforms to identify and attract potential candidates.
Screen Applications: Review resumes and conduct initial screenings to assess candidate qualifications.
Conduct Interviews: Coordinate and conduct virtual interviews to evaluate candidates’ skills and fit.
Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
Candidate Engagement: Build relationships with candidates to provide a positive and professional experience.
Maintain Records: Update and manage candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Qualifications
Eligibility: Must be a resident of Canada (all visa types, including student visas, are welcome).
Education: Current enrollment in a Canadian college/university or recent graduate (no specific degree required).
Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable using virtual tools (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Suite).
Basic understanding of recruitment processes is a plus but not required.
Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
Experience: No prior recruitment experience required—perfect for freshers!
Availability: Ability to commit to a full-time schedule (flexible hours to accommodate student schedules).
