🔹 Position: Business Development Executive – IT Staffing

🔹 Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 (in-hand)
🔹 Experience: 6 months – 2 years in IT staffing (startup background preferred)
🔹 Notice Period: Immediate joiners preferred
Roles & Responsibilities:
🔹 Identify, generate, and secure new business opportunities in the IT staffing domain.
🔹 Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs.
🔹 Pitch IT staffing solutions and negotiate terms to close business deals.
🔹 Coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure smooth delivery of client requirements.
🔹 Track sales activities, meet business targets, and contribute to overall revenue growth.
🔹 Professionally represent Recruitment Hub 365 while promoting our services.
