We’re looking for IT Recruiters (2–4 yrs experience) to join our remote team!
What You’ll Do:
🔹 Source, screen, and shortlist IT professionals across multiple technologies
🔹 Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle (sourcing → offer rollout)
🔹 Coordinate virtual interviews and ensure a smooth candidate experience
🔹 Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements
What We’re Looking For:
✅ 2–4 years of proven experience in IT recruitment (contract or permanent hiring)
✅ Familiarity with job portals, LinkedIn sourcing, and ATS tools
✅ Strong communication, stakeholder management & negotiation skills
✅ Ability to manage multiple roles in a fast-paced environment
