✨ 2+ years of staffing experience (IT / Non-IT / Techno-functional roles preferred)
✨ Excellent oral & written communication skills
✨ Graduate degree (BCA, MCA, B.Tech CS/IT, B.Sc. preferred)
✨ Personal laptop + reliable Wi-Fi connection
