Looking for experienced Bench Sales Recruiters (2–4 years) who are experts in hH1B & W2 marketing and have strong vendor connections.
Location: Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad (Onsite)
Roles & Responsibilities:
>Responsible for marketing and placing Bench candidates (H1B, W2) with clients and tier-1 vendors.
>Must have strong vendor connections and proven ability to market consultants effectively.
>Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, clients, and implementation partners.
>Source requirements from job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, Indeed) and through networking.
>Maintain a strong database of potential vendors and consultants for future business.
>Coordinate with consultants regarding interviews, onboarding, and post-placement support.
