We are looking for an experienced US IT Bench Sales Recruiter to join our onsite team in Hyderabad. If you have strong exposure to US hiring practices and are passionate about building client and consultant relationships, this role is for you!
What You’ll Bring
2–5 years of experience in US IT Bench Sales Recruitment
Solid understanding of W2, C2C, 1099, and US hiring policies
Excellent communication, negotiation, and sourcing skills
Hands-on experience with Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, and other job boards
Willingness to work onsite in night shifts
