What We’re Looking For:
✅2–3 years of experience in IT recruitment for staffing agency.
✅Strong sourcing skills with LinkedIn Recruiter and other job boards.
✅Excellent English communication and Negotiation skills.
✅Ability to work independently in a remote setup, with flexibility to align with European working hours.
✅Demonstrate a proactive attitude by building strong candidate pipelines ahead of hiring demands
What You’ll Do:
You will work closely with our HR team to support the end-to-end recruitment process, including:
✅Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT roles (sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and closing).
✅Build and maintain a strong pipeline of tech talent through proactive sourcing.
✅Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and deliver the best candidates.
✅Use recruitment tools, job boards, and LinkedIn to attract and engage top talent.
✅Maintaining and updating candidate databases
✅Following up with candidates throughout the hiring process
✅Contributing to a smooth and positive candidate experience.
✅Assisting with employer branding and outreach activities
