✅ Key Responsibilities:
Source, screen, and engage candidates for various IT roles (Java, Python, DevOps, Product Owner, Data Science, Cloud, etc.).
Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle – from job posting and candidate shortlisting to scheduling interviews and negotiating offers.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline using job portals, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ensure timely delivery of high-quality profiles.
Maintain accurate records and update the ATS system consistently.
Communicate proactively with candidates and stakeholders throughout the hiring process.
🎯 What We’re Looking For:
1+ years of experience in IT Domestic Recruitment (preferably across technical domains).
Strong knowledge of roles such as Java Developer, Python Developer, DevOps Engineer, Product Owner, etc.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote environment.
Results-driven, proactive, and organized mindset.
