✔️ Handling Federal client requirements
✔️ Expertise in sourcing, screening, and placing candidates on C2C / W2 / 1099
✔️ Knowledge of clearance levels (Public Trust, Secret, Top Secret) is a plus
✔️ Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
