🚀 We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Bench Sales Recruiter to join our growing team. This is a remote position.


Position: Bench Sales Recruiter
Location: Remote
Shift: US Shift (Night Shift)
Experience Required: Minimum 1 year in US IT Bench Sales
Company : StellarrX Technology.

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Effectively market IT consultants (H1B, GC, USC, etc.) to implementation partners and direct clients.
✅ Develop and maintain strong relationships with consultants, vendors, and clients.
✅ Identify suitable requirements through various job boards and networking platforms.
✅ Negotiate rates and close placements in a timely manner.
Maintain regular follow-up with consultants to ensure ongoing engagement and support.
✅ Proven experience in US IT Bench Sales.
✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
✅ Strong knowledge of US staffing market and tax terms (W2, 1099, C2C).
✅ Ability to work independently and meet performance targets.
✅ Must be available to work night shifts.

We are hiring a highly skilled Bench Sales Recruiter with extensive experience in marketing GC consultants on C2C. This is a remote opportunity for someone with a strong vendor network and a proven track record of placing GC candidates across the U.S mainly in DevOps & Sr Data Engineer Positions.

Responsibilities:

Market GC consultants to implementation partners and direct clients on C2C basis.

Maintain strong relationships with Tier 1 vendors and preferred clients.

Source and submit consultants for open requirements using job portals and vendor contacts.

Coordinate interviews, rate negotiations, and onboarding.

Track all submissions, interviews, and follow-ups in an organized manner.


Requirements:

5 - 9+ years of Bench Sales experience, with a focus on GC consultants.

Deep understanding of C2C hiring models and vendor ecosystems.

Proficient in using Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, and other job boards.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and professional in approach.
