🔍 Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced NON -IT Recruiters with hands-on exposure to US staffing.
The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, excellent communication, and a solid understanding of US roles and compliance.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:
• End-to-end recruitment for US positions.
• Sourcing candidates, Screening, interviewing, and submitting candidates to clients
• Managing candidate pipeline and maintaining ATS
• Coordinating interviews and follow-ups with candidates and account managers
• Ensuring compliance with documentation (VMS, background checks, etc.)
• Meeting daily/weekly hiring targets

✅ Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Experience in US Staffing for handling NON IT requisitions.
• Excellent verbal & written communication
• Hands-on experience with US job portals
• Ability to work in US shifts
• Target-driven and team-oriented mindset
