🔹 Roles & Responsibilities:
Identify client requirements for available IT resources.
Hands-on experience in Bench Sales (H1B,OPT, CPT ). OPT is mandatory
Well-versed in US Tax terms: W2, Corp2Corp, 1099.
Proficient in sourcing through Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, Twitter, Google & Free Job Sites.
Skilled in active & passive candidate sourcing.
Manage the complete bench sales cycle—from marketing candidates to closing deals.
Arrange interviews with Tier 1 vendors or Prime vendors / end clients and follow up until closure.
Good experience working on BA, DA, QA roles.
Excellent verbal & written communication skills in English.
✨ Must-Haves:
Proven track record in bench sales placing through Tier 1 or Prime vendors.
Team player with a results-driven approach.
Positive attitude & ownership of responsibilities.
