Manage full-cycle recruitment across multiple functions and levels..
Source active and passive candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and creative channels.
Screen and interview candidates to assess skills, culture fit, and potential.
Coordinate interviews, feedback, and offers with stakeholders.
Maintain a strong candidate pipeline and ensure a great candidate experience.
