hiring for Domestic Technical RecruiterLocation: Noida (Fully remote)
Experience Required: 6 months to 1 year
Working Days: Monday to Friday (5-day work week)
Key Responsibilities:
Source candidates through various channels such as job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.), social media, employee referrals, and campus drives.
Screen resumes, assess candidates’ technical and soft skills, and schedule interviews.
Coordinate and follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain a candidate database and track recruitment metrics.
Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and define sourcing strategies.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Stay up-to-date with the latest hiring trends and technologies.
Requirements:
6 months to 1 year of experience in domestic recruitment.
Understanding of technical roles (e.g., software developers, QA engineers, DevOps, etc.).
Familiarity with sourcing tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, etc.).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
