✨Skills & Requirements
3–6 years of recruitment experience, with at least 2+ years focused on UK/Europe markets.
Strong exposure to IT, Finance, or Professional Services hiring.
Proven experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, and international job portals.
Good understanding of contract & permanent hiring models in UK/Europe.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Familiarity with GDPR and compliance in recruitment (preferred).
