We're Hiring: UK/EU Recruiter | Remote | Full-time
Are you passionate about connecting top talent with meaningful opportunities? We’re looking for a driven and experienced UK/EU Recruiter to join our team and lead talent acquisition efforts across our UK and EU operations.
As our recruiter, you'll be the primary point of contact for candidates and a trusted partner to hiring managers—ensuring a seamless, efficient, and positive recruitment experience from start to finish.
🔍 What You'll Be Doing:
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define role requirements
Proactively source and engage candidates via job boards, social media, referrals, and networking events
Screen, interview, and assess candidates for both cultural and technical fit
Manage the full recruitment life cycle—from first outreach to offer negotiation
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified talent for future roles
Stay informed on industry trends and best practices across the UK/EU hiring landscape
Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the process
✅ What We're Looking For:
A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Proven recruitment experience, ideally within the UK and EU markets
Solid knowledge of UK/EU employment laws and hiring practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Experience with ATS platforms and recruitment tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter
Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
Familiarity with GDPR compliance in recruitment processes
