2- Senior IT Recruiter
Exp: 2yrs - 4yrs
Track candidates through the entire recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
End-to-end recruitment for IT roles (sourcing, screening, scheduling, and follow-ups)
Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques & tools (LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.)
Should have experience in team handling and client coordination independently.
