Prior experience with implementors like TCS, Infosys, Wipro & HCL
Experience: 1-5 years in IT recruitment or sourcing for technical roles.
Technical Knowledge: Ability to assess technical skills for IT roles.
Sourcing Tools: Experience with platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards.
Communication: Strong verbal and written skills.
Time Management: Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple roles.
Additional Requirements:
Must work from the office for all 5 days.
Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
