Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic OPT Recruiter to join our team and help connect talented OPT candidates with top employers. The ideal candidate will have experience in IT staffing and a strong understanding of the U.S. work authorization process for F1-OPT, CPT.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Guide candidates through the job search, resume preparation, and interview process.
✅ Work closely with employers and hiring managers to understand their staffing needs.
✅ Maintain a strong pipeline of OPT candidates for immediate and future hiring needs.
✅ Stay updated on immigration policies and visa regulations affecting OPT hiring.
Requirements:
🔹 1+ years of experience in OPT/CPT recruitment or IT staffing.
🔹 Knowledge of U.S. work authorization processes (F1-OPT, CPT).
🔹 Strong communication and negotiation skills.
🔹 Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
🔹 Experience with job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, etc.).
🔹 Bachelor's degree preferred.
