Key Responsibilities:
✅ Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for BFSI sector roles
✅ Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle
✅ Utilize job portals, LinkedIn, and social media for sourcing
✅ Conduct interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
✅ Maintain a strong candidate pipeline and ensure smooth onboarding
What We’re Looking For:
✔ 6 months – 1.5 years of recruitment experience in BFSI industry
