Job Title: Technology Recruiter (2–5 Years Experience) - Remote
Location: Hyderabad/Bengaluru only -Remote

About the Role:
We are looking for a highly motivated Technology Recruiter with 2–5 years of experience, specializing in niche technologies, Low Code platforms (like PowerApps, Appian, Mendix, Outsystems), and Data technologies. The ideal candidate should have strong negotiation skills, be an individual contributor, and have hands-on experience managing the end-to-end hiring process in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
*Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for niche technology roles including Low Code and Data-focused positions.
*Manage full-cycle recruitment: requirement gathering, sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, feedback follow-ups, and final selection.
*Handle contract staffing effectively, ensuring quality delivery and quick turnarounds.
*Maintain candidate engagement through proactive communication and strong relationship building.
*Collaborate with hiring managers and internal teams to understand hiring needs and timelines.
*Ensure high offer-to-joining conversion through strong negotiation skills and candidate management.
*Track and report recruitment metrics regularly.
Requirements:
*2 to 5 years of experience in IT/Technology recruitment.
*Proven experience working on niche tech roles, especially in Low Code platforms and Data technologies.
*Experience with contract staffing and resource management.
*Strong in scheduling interviews, follow-ups, and ensuring timely closures.
*Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
*Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
*Self-driven and performance-oriented.
