Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Human Resources Recruiter at Hindustan Recruitment. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and managing the recruitment process. The role also involves maintaining candidate databases, providing feedback to applicants, and ensuring compliance with hiring policies and regulations.
Qualifications
* Recruitment, Sourcing, and Screening skills
* Interviewing and Candidate Assessment skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* Knowledge of HR practices and hiring regulations
* Experience with applicant tracking systems
* Ability to work independently and remotely
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Salary: up to 15,000 INR per month
