Job Title: US Recruitment – Talent Acquisition Associate (Fresher) Remote

About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated US Recruitment Associate to join our Talent Acquisition team. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh MBA graduates who are passionate about human resources and looking to build a rewarding career in US Recruitment. You will work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to support the end-to-end recruitment process across various functions and business units in the US.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in sourcing and screening resumes from job boards (e.g., Dice, LinkedIn) and internal databases.
Coordinate with US-based recruiters and hiring managers for gathering role requirements and interview scheduling.
Support full recruitment cycle: job posting, resume shortlisting, interview coordination, feedback collection, and offer rollout.
Initiate onboarding activities such as background checks, document collection, and coordination with HR/operations.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in ATS/CRM systems.
Learn and understand various US employment types (W2, 1099, Corp-to-Corp) and work visa classifications (H1B, GC, OPT, CPT, TN, E3).
Build and maintain a candidate pipeline for recurring requirements.
Provide excellent candidate experience by ensuring smooth and timely communication.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly recruitment reports.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:
MBA in Human Resources or related field (preferred); freshers or up to 1 year of experience in recruitment.
Strong communication skills – both verbal and written.
Willingness to work in US time zones (EST/CST/PST).
Basic understanding of recruitment concepts and eagerness to learn about the US staffing ecosystem.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.
