✅ 1–2 yrs in IT/Tech recruitment (agency or corporate)
✅ Good communicator — written & verbal
✅ Hands-on with tools like Naukri, LinkedIn, Ceipal,Monster, Dice
✅ Self-motivated, organized & deadline-focused
✅ Someone who can SLAY from home 🔥
