The Role:

We’re on the lookout for an experienced Recruiter (4–8 years) with a passion for discovering top talent across Marketing, Sales, Design, Market Research, and unique Event Experience roles. Bonus points if you’ve navigated international recruitment and thrive under pressure!

What You’ll Do:
- Source, engage, and close talent across global markets
- Own the candidate journey — from first contact to onboarding
- Head-hunt on LinkedIn and tap into top-tier job platforms
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers and internal teams
- Bring creativity and speed to sourcing strategies
- Be a brand ambassador and recruitment rockstar
- Dive into data: recruitment metrics, reports, and insights

You Bring:
- 4–8 years in recruiting, especially for Marketing & Sales roles
- Proven international hiring experience
- A proactive mindset, strong communication skills, and a drive to deliver
- Familiarity with platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and more
- A passion for fast-paced environments and creative sourcing
