🔹 CTC: ₹10,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on experience and skills)
🔹 Work Mode: 100% Remote
🔹 Language: English And Hindi (Able to speak or write)
✨ Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various IT roles.
Coordinate interviews and manage communication with hiring managers.
Post job openings across platforms and maintain candidate databases.
Get hands-on experience with basic ATS (Applicant Tracking System) tools.
Business Development Support (Optional based on interest & capability)
Assist in identifying and reaching out to potential clients.
Support in preparing client proposals, presentations, and maintaining CRM records.
