Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Intern or Junior Recruiter to join our HR team. This role is ideal for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in recruitment . You will collaborate with senior recruiters and department heads to source, screen, and onboard talented professionals across various roles.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in drafting and posting job descriptions on online platforms
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and other sourcing tools
Conduct resume screening and initial candidate outreach
Coordinate interview scheduling and feedback collection
Maintain and manage applicant tracking tools and databases
Contribute to recruitment campaigns and employer branding initiatives
Support onboarding processes and documentation management
Requirements
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, BSc , or related field
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
A genuine interest in recruitment and talent acquisition
Familiarity with sourcing tools like LinkedIn is an advantage
Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace
