Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Recruiter to join our HR team. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding top talent. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a keen eye for talent, and a passion for building a strong workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and suitability.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Manage and maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure accurate candidate records.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring needs.
- Facilitate and coordinate the onboarding process for new hires.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations regarding recruitment.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar HR role.
- Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and applicant tracking systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.
