We are expecting candidate to be very strong in Sourcing, Screening, Following up with candidates till joining. Should have good expertise working with startup clients. Hands on Exp in Contract staffing. Must know about Rate Cards. Good Experience with Linkedin search and google X Ray search, Boolean Search.
