As an Aerospace Engineering Recruiter, you'll play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top aerospace engineering talent for our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Sourcing and screening aerospace engineering candidates
- Conducting interviews and assessing candidate fit
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates
- Managing job postings and recruitment marketing campaigns
- Collaborating with our team to develop and implement recruitment strategies
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field
- Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in recruitment software and tools (e.g., ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter)
- Strong understanding of the aerospace engineering industry and job market
