Hiring: HR Admin & HR Recruiter – Remote (Work from Home) | Delhi/Delhi NCR Based Only 🚨 We are looking for talented HR professionals to join the dynamic team in two exciting roles!
Note: Only candidates currently based in Delhi/Delhi NCR will be considered for both positions.
HR Admin & HR Recruiter
💼 Location: Remote (Work from Home)
💰 Salary: Up to 5.00 LPA
⏰ Shift Timings: 12:00 PM – 9:00 (HR Recruiter / HR Admin)
5:30 PM to 3:30 AM (HR Admin- Alternate Week)
📅 Experience Req: 3 to 4 years in HR Admin & Recruitments respectively.
HR Admin - Key Responsibilities:
✔️ Support daily HR and administrative operations.
✔️ Maintain employee records and ensure compliance.
✔️ Assist in onboarding, offboarding, and employee engagement activities.
✔️ Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
✔️ Handle HR-related queries and correspondence.
HR Recruiter- Key Responsibilities:
✔️ Sourcing and recruiting candidates for various positions
✔️ Managing and maintaining candidate data and reports
✔️ Handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
✔️ Create detailed reports and presentations for internal review
✔️ Hands-on experience with Excel, PPT, and Google Chrome
✔️ Strong multi-tasking skills and ability to prioritize tasks
✔️ Excellent aptitude in reporting and data analysis
Requirements:
🎓 Bachelor’s / Master's degree in HR, Business Administration.
💬 Strong communication and interpersonal skills
💻 Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
