**Must Have:**
- 3-8 years of experience in Canada Market with Functional Non-IT Recruitment.
- Experience in Bulk-hiring for Canada geography, averaging 8-10 hires per year.
- BFSI Direct Client experience in recent or current roles.
- Handling Functional Niche roles for Non-IT/ Banking.
- Strong communication skills with stakeholders and candidates.
