🔧 What You’ll Do:
Source and screen qualified candidates for niche IT roles like SAP (S4HANA, ABAP, SD, MM, etc.), Oracle Cloud, Salesforce, VIM, and more.
Coordinate with our internal team to understand client requirements and build effective sourcing strategies.
Leverage LinkedIn, job portals, and personal networks to identify top talent.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle – sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and follow-ups.
Ensure a seamless experience for candidates and clients.
✅ What We’re Looking For:
Freelancers or independent recruiters with experience in IT hiring (preferably in SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, or other ERP/CRM domains).
Strong understanding of IT skillsets and industry hiring trends.
Ability to work independently and deliver quality profiles under deadlines.
Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
