🌟 What We’re Looking For:
✔ 1-3 years of experience in Bench Sales & IT Staffing
✔ Strong knowledge of US IT recruitment & visa classifications (H1B, GC, OPT, CPT, etc.)
✔ Ability to build relationships with vendors, clients, and tier-1 staffing firms
✔ Excellent negotiation & communication skills.
