💼 Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of candidates for both current and future roles.

📈 Reporting: Track and report on key recruitment metrics to measure effectiveness and continually improve the recruitment process.

Qualifications:
🎓 Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
💻 1-3 years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably within [specific industry, e.g., software development, engineering].
🧠 Strong understanding of technical roles and the ability to assess technical skills accurately.
⚡ Proven ability to fill roles in a fast-paced environment.
💬 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
