Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT roles across various domains and technologies.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and internal databases.
Screen and evaluate resumes and conduct initial interviews.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and expectations.
Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment reports.
Build strong pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (HR/Management preferred).
2 to 4 years of experience in IT recruitment (Junior/Senior roles based on experience).
Strong understanding of IT technologies and current market trends.
Hands-on experience with job portals (Naukri, Monster, Indeed), LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment.
Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setup.
