🔹 Who Are We Looking For?
✅ Experience: 1+ years in US Healthcare Recruitment (RN, Allied – Contract, Perm, Per Diem, etc.)
✅ Sourcing Expertise: Strong command of traditional job boards (CareerBuilder, indeed, LinkedIn) combined with experience in social media sourcing (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp groups, etc.)—a valuable edge that sets you apart! 🚀
✅ Communication Skills: Excellent verbal & written communication to effectively engage with candidates.
✅ Education: Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
✅ Compliance: Ability to provide valid documentation for education & past employment
🔹 What will you do?
🎯 Strategic Sourcing: Leverage multiple job portals & social media.
🎯 Candidate Engagement: Pre- screen & evaluate healthcare professionals.
🎯 Client Collaboration: Understand hiring needs & deliver top talent with TAT.
🎯 Interview Coordination: Work closely with hiring managers to schedule and track progress.
🎯 Negotiation & Submittals: Manage pay rates, employment terms, and job requisitions.
🎯 Talent Pipelining: Build & maintain a robust candidate database for future hiring needs.
🎯 Advanced Sourcing: Conduct Boolean searches for targeted recruitment strategies.
