Job Description:
- Source and recruit technical candidates for various roles
- Utilize job boards, social media, and professional networks to find candidates
- Conduct phone screens and interviews to assess candidate qualifications
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and preferences
- Manage the recruitment process from start to finish
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and candidates

Requirements:
- Experience with technical recruitment, preferably in the IT industry
- Familiarity with job boards such as Dice and Monster
- Strong sourcing and recruitment skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- EST time zone required
