* Understanding JD's and source potential candidates through various job boards like Naukri, LinkedIn.
* To communicate with the spocs and work accordingly.
* Schedule candidates as per the information, following up with the clients and candidates.
* Should be able to work within a team and have a go - getter attitude to work under a fast-paced environment.
