Hiring: Remote Bench Sales Trainer
We are looking for an experienced Bench Sales Trainer to train and mentor Bench Sales Recruiters in US IT staffing. This role involves developing training programs, conducting live sessions, coaching recruiters, and improving their performance in resume marketing, vendor engagement, and deal closures.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for Bench Sales Recruiters
✅ Train on resume marketing, job boards, vendor engagement, and rate negotiation
✅ Conduct live coaching, role-plays, and performance assessments
✅ Stay updated on US IT staffing trends, visa regulations, and job marketing strategies
✅ Collaborate with leadership to improve training effectiveness
Requirements:
✔️ 3+ years of Bench Sales (US IT Staffing) experience
✔️ 1+ year in a training or leadership role (preferred)
✔️ Expertise in visa classifications (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC), job portals, and VMS platforms
✔️ Strong communication, coaching, and organizational skills
