HR Recruiter (Work From Home) - Location: Remote (Work From Home)

Salary: ₹10,000 per month + ₹2,000 per successful closure

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Recruiter to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
Source, screen, and interview candidates to fill open positions.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through various sourcing channels.
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring timely closures.
Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate interactions.

Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment, preferably with a recruitment firm.
Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and meet targets in a remote setting.
Proficiency with recruitment tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, ATS).

Compensation:
Base Salary: ₹10,000 per month.
Incentive: ₹2,000 for every successful closure.
