Are you an experienced Recruiter with strong exposure to the UK and European markets? We’re looking for a motivated professional who thrives in connecting top talent with leading organizations across diverse industries.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for roles across the UK and EU region.
Partner with clients/hiring managers to define role specifications and craft effective sourcing strategies.
Source, screen, and assess candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and direct headhunting.
Ensure a seamless candidate experience with timely communication and feedback.
Coordinate interviews, offers, and onboarding with all stakeholders.
Maintain ATS/recruitment databases and keep updated with market trends and compliance requirements.
Contribute to employer branding and talent engagement initiatives.
✅ Requirements
1-3 years of recruitment experience with a focus on UK/EU markets.
Strong understanding of employment market dynamics, sourcing tools, and compliance.
Proven success in direct sourcing/headhunting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple roles and stakeholders efficiently.
Familiarity with ATS/CRM tools.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and collaborative team player.
⭐ Preferred Qualifications
Experience recruiting in IT, Financial Services, Energy, Engineering (or other niche industries).
Multilingual skills (advantageous for EU coverage).
Prior experience in an agency or RPO environment.
