*Position: US IT Recruiter
*Experience: 6 months – 5 years (Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply)
*Location: Delhi | Dehradun
*Shift: Night Shift (US Process)
*Employment Type: Full-time | Work from Office
What You’ll Do:
🔹 Source, screen, and interview IT professionals for US clients
🔹 Manage end-to-end recruitment life cycle
🔹 Work closely with Account Managers and Hiring Managers to understand client needs
🔹 Build and maintain strong candidate relationships
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Excellent communication and negotiation skills
✅ Familiarity with US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099) is a plus
✅ A go-getter attitude with a passion for recruitment and people
